Only go to see Danny if you are happy for him to cut it the way he wants it. He was very rude to my partner when she was explaining how we want my hair cut he said "why don't you cut it then" but all we were asking for was the style we wanted it cut. When we asked to cut it 2 cm shorter he refused saying "I don't have a ruler and I don't have time" My advise would be if you want customer service and someone who will listen to what you want don't waste your money here.
