Classic Real Estate's Albany office is located in the old ANZ building before moving to the commercial area of the Mega Centre. Albany Village is a quaint place that has kept some of the original feel of yesteryear, yet has embraced the new opportunities that the Massey University, library and the cafe culture have provided.

Sandwiched between the busy State Highway and Lucas Creek, Albany Village is totally unique in the area. Kell Park is a delight to families or those wanting a bit of tranquillity during their busy day, as Lucas Creek is a daydreamer's paradise and a total surprise.

The office services a very wide area including the ever sprawling Albany and the residential areas of Unsworth, The Palms, Glenfield, The Bays, Greenhithe and Okura. The popular areas of Coatesville, Dairy Flat, Waitoki, Orewa, Waiwera and Kaukapakapa are also within reach. Albany is often seen as the rural gateway to these special areas.

Seven salespeople work this office. All live within the area and are keen to share their enthusiasm and passion of living in this wonderful place with clients. They are also experienced in small and large sub-divisions plus trades. Nigel Smith, a stalwart of the team, is known nationally for his abilities in selling farms internationally on a regular basis. They are a happy and committed team with the personalities and capabilities that should satisfy any client.

When you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendly face of Jill Scott, the Office Administrator. It feels more like you have walked into a family home than a real estate office. The office has an enormous window display area which visitors to the Village gravitate towards up the arcade; salespersons enjoy many enquiries from this.

The Albany team is lead by a true professional, John Cooney. John is an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ), a licensed Real Estate agent and holds a Diploma of Business Studies and a Diploma of Marketing. John has been involved in real estate since 1972 and has successfully relocated well over 1500 families. His 35 years experience in real estate is being passed down to his staff to whom you will indirectly benefit from.

The atmosphere in this office reflects the Albany Village environment, it's got that old fashioned warm, fuzzy, genuine feel, yet up to date having being prepared to move with the times.
