29th April 2011 We dined here on two different occasions a few days apart. The first time, after waiting for 40 minutes & not receiving any food at all we made enquiries only to be told that our order had been lost. By the time we got our mains it had been over an hours wait and the restaurant had cleared out & they were wanting to close. Needless to say, we didn't bother ordering dessert! They did give us our drinks & garlic bread free of charge as compensation and the food (when it finally arrived) was beautiful. We then dined there again a couple of nights later when they were not busy & while the mains came out pretty fast, the desserts took over half an hour to come out which was really annoying considering we were the only ones dining apart from one other table! So, all in all - great food but shockingly bad service. If the service matched the food I'd give it 3.5 - 4 stars.

28th April 2008 We came in for a drink in the afternoon. My coffee cost me $5 and i was very disappointed. I am employed in hospitality, and I don't understand why i was left waiting so long (the staff were just standing around). My coffee was far too hot, so I waited about ten minutes before drinking it. While we were there, other customers were complaining about their food not being heated through.
