13th June 2008 Inconsistent, expensive, arrogant.
Have had several valuations done for our various properties over the last 5 years, by this firm, costing between $400 and $500 each. But in the last 15 months the price has doubled, to $950 when questioned about this, Mr Glenns response is; "I can charge what I like". Loyalty is certainly not rewarded. And I would like to challenge the latest valuation figure, but am sure that would end up costing me more.
