Ross to start with was great, then things went pear shape thereafter. This was really unfortunate as Ross came across as genuine and the man to do the job. Then after the first few weeks I had to call him at least 10 times to get him to supply the plans for the resource consent. Then we thought he was back on track again but he let us down badly with not getting the plans done for the building consent and not getting back to council on some simple questions. We have had to cancel the agreement and move on. He has wasted a lot of our time.
