7th January 2013 very unprofessional customer service, hang up while the customer still talking!!! I was simply trying to get a quote for two different car parts, they insist me bring the car in and refuse to tell me the price, I suspect they will offer a rip off price once you bring the car in.

15th January 2013 Well there are always two sides to a story.
Alan rang for a price on 2 parts for his car but couldn't/wouldn't supply us with any vehicle details like a chassis number or even a license plate number so we could look up the correct part number and then give an actual quote to him.
He repeatedly demanded a price even though we kept telling him again and again we can't give a price without more details so we didn't "refuse" to give him a price we couldn't without more info from him.
Eventually we gave up in frustration and ended the call !!
