19th March 2009 We recently were told we needed to replace our wood burner, and Werner was the only one who suggeted we could get our exisiting one repaired. Even comparing him with others for new woodburners he was better. It turned out that by repairing instead of replacing we saved $2000!!! As we did not need to get a new permit, among other things. He was great, on time, and I would recommend West City heating to anyone.
