I have just had a sofa delivered, on the 25th of November, after ordering it on the 5th - almost three weeks. And guess what, it's the WRONG sofa. It seems somebody thought I only wanted ONE ARM on my sofa. So. How long is it going to take to fix this? Are they jumping to it to fix up their stuff up? FOUR WEEKS. That's how long I've been told I'll have to wait. Join the back of the queue. Again. Thanks, Freedom. Update: After I hassled him the store manager actually decided to make a call to 'try' to hurry the process up. Which makes it 'only' two weeks. More. Which, if they deliver on schedule, makes a total of five weeks. Two of which will be spent sitting on a sofa with one arm. Gee, thanks.
