For those who want a really deep massage from someone who is knowledgeable in all aspects of natural health, from body work to vitamins, Peter Riddering is your best choice in the Auckland region. You will find Peter genuinely interested in making you feel better on all levels and his recommendations sound and well-researched. Whether you are going to him for deep tissue massage therapy, iridology, or naturopathic help Peter will listen well, find out your needs, and work with you to achieve your goals. Peter is especially talented in helping people develop a customised diet plan for weight loss or health improvement. I have had treatments and consultations from Peter for eight years. I gladly give this recommendation but hope that by giving it I am not going to encourage such an onslaught of clients that I won't be able to get in to see him myself.
