13th October 2014 Far more than what you would expect looking at their prices. Fast to respond to emails, the website is easy to use to book a car and friendly service when you go to pick it up. The car was clean and in good shape (no damage etc) and was a pleasure to drive around town and on the open road (we did a lot of driving around the north island in it) and it never let us down. I couldn't be happier with the service i got from James Blond.

18th August 2014 These guys are an awesome little rental company who show care for their customers and really just want to provide a good service. Highly recommended. Must be one of if not the best rental company you will find in Auckland.

7th July 2014 These guys provide a great low cost solution for transport, whether you need a car or truck. I've rented many vehicles in their range and always got a great car or truck and friendly service!

1st June 2014 Definitely one of the better car rental companies around. The staff are great and they always have a good deal going. Check them out if you need a car.

17th December 2013 James Blond have always provided an excellent service. I have hired vehicles from them a few times ranging from small cars to moving trucks and they have always been in good condition, clean and ready for when I arrived. I will be using James Blond again when I need a rental vehicle.

1st October 2012 Sept 2012 - Excellent service, great staff and good car again (second time I have used James Blond when visiting from the UK). The pick up and drop off at the airport from Air New Zealand Parking worked really well. I will certainly use James Blond again, when I next visit NZ. Very easy to book from the UK via the website, and patient answering of all my questions. Good, efficient little car (Toyota Yaris) suited me very well. Thank you!

4th January 2011 It was a real pleasure to do business with James Blond, and I won't be looking anywhere else when I need to rent a vehicle again.
Having chosen them for being the cheapest that I could find, my expectations were: (1) A car and (2) Adequate service for a budget rental operation. What I got was: (1) An amazing, comfortable, zippy current-year model that gave me 16 litres/km and (2) Friendly, fast and downright decent service.

27th February 2009 We have been hiring vehicles from James Blonde both for ourselves and also for our visiting family members over the last couple of years and we have found them realy good value, both price and service. Also I organised rental cars through them for contributors to a local community festival and James Blonde were absolutely great. Recommend them totally.
Website is easy to use to book and service is very good. Car was great the whole time, no issues.
