21st July 2010 I have been going to Headquarters for a couple of years now, and wouldn't go anywhere else. Kelly is my hairdresser and is just brilliant, but I have also found the other staff to be just as friendly and helpful towards me when I am not even their client. They all work together as a team and any one of them will appear with a pile of magazines or a hot drink for you. The salon is modern and comfortable, and the staff are not only friendly, but great hairdressers. I would certainly recommend headquarters to everyone.
28th June 2012 I love this place so much that I am quite happy to travel from Auckland to have my hair done (having moved from Rotorua). I have never had such great cutting experiences, even at top salons in London. Well done, girls, keep up the good work!

11th August 2009 One of the staff members was completely rude as i came to this salon on a monday.I think she works on mon and tues her name may be maryanne,she was in her 30s to 45.I had asked her a few questions as i have not been to this salon before,she was on her lunch break and i understood that but what this staff member done was completely unproffessional.She reffered me to the lead hairdresser who was busy at the time ,she then gave me a disturbing look, ignored me then continued on with her lunch.I find this was very bad customer service and i was horrified when this happend, because this was my only memory of headquarters hairstylists i would definatly not reccommend this hairdressers!
