19th October 2012 What a shame! Was greeted rudely by the receptionist, no smile, no manners then demands immediate payment. Quite frankly, no standard of customer service nor does any person deserve to be spoken to in such a rude manner. In-excusable especially in healthcare.
I find the receptionist on best manners every time I step foot into the clinic, hmmm off day perhaps?
