14th December 2016 Garbage customer Service. Hiding behind an online chat service says it all.
Make sure you are aware of the 2-6 weeks returns/repair policy. It is not worth the small savings you might get ordering from them.
I requested my issue be escalated, only to be confronted (via email - despite requesting a phone call) by a self-importantr snotty Middle Management sort, with absolutely no idea as to what good customer service is all about. Her reply was factually incorrect, and smacking of " we don't need you, you need us" . Yeah right. It became immediately clear that they were not there to help in my time of need, instead arrogantly pointing me to their very obscure T&C's. I was not able to find them, on their web page. Enough said.

8th February 2013 1 star is too many! I ordered 2 items in OCTOBER which were apparently in stock. After contacting them myself in December because I still hadn't received the items I was told there had been some major delays in supply (even though the product was in stock?) and that it would be delivered by end of January! That date passed and so I requested a refund. Now just waiting to see if the money actually arrives back on my credit card. Absolute jokers!

22nd December 2009 Great service, especially during the last minute lead up to Christmas!
I ordered a dvd LASTNIGHT online AND IT ARRIVED TODAY being the 22nd of December.
