After years of going to a walk-in nail salon for acrylics, I have been visiting Mardi for some time now for acrylics. Lately we had noticed some changes in my nail health and Mardi recommended removal of acrylics and a different approach so as to not undermine my natural nails. I have to say that this week I have noticed a marked improvement in my nails and feel confident that they're getting better. I'm grateful to Mardi that she didn't just continue to offer the same service but genuinely 'looked out' for my nails. I love going to the nail studio and highly recommend her.

I used to go to a Mall to have my nails manicured as it was convenient. Unfortunately I have picked up an infection in my nails. I have now ceased those visits and have returned to The Nail Studio as they are so professional and I would recommend to all. Thank you so much for getting my nails back on track you will be seeing a lot more of me.

I called for an appointment as a first time client and the woman canx last minute on me due to having pick up her children from school. That was fine with me but when I rang to make another appointment she said that it wasn't her that canx theist time I called l, said she was unable to do late nights due to her children, and when I said I could only do late nights she hung up on me. Her attitude is the rudest I have come across in a customer service business and will not be recommending this salon to anyone!!!!!

Thank you for feed back today. I have been in touch with the support team who look after my online booking system-using your name and phone number, which I retrieved from your voice message later today- there is no history archived of you ever making an appointment at the salon. As you did say on the phone today you weren't sure you had the right salon. I am open 2 late nights every week- Tuesday and Thursday, and am more than happy to accommodate on other nights if clients need to. I am however closed next week as I am on leave for the second week of the school holidays, so unfortuatly I could not accommodate you then. By no means did I have any reason to hang up on you- I still had the receiver in my hand with an open line when the call ended.

I have been going to the nail studio for about 8 years. I have recommended so many people to mardi. She is professional and fantastic at what she does. So thankful to have the nail studio and solar oil! :-) do not think twice about going to her, you will not regret it!

I had my nails done with shellac polish which is meant to last two weeks. It was coming off within twelve hours and even before it started coming off it looked horrible (very rough and little fibers stuck into it) Not happy at all. What a waste of my time and money.

Thank you for your feed back yesterday regarding the re application of shellac. It is a good point to raise that the expectation of shellac should last 14 days however this is dependent on the integrity of the natural nail at the time of application. As we discussed at your appointment due to the heavy abraisve damage to your nail plate from other salon visits I could not guarantee how long your treatment would last.As discussed I would be more than happy to repair your chipped nail however due to a very busy appointment book it is best to make an appointment to avoid disappointment of not being seen staight away. It may pay to have a break from salon treatments to grow out any damaged nail you have incurred through visiting other salons then re consider shellac to see if you have a longer lasting application.
