We purchased a bed from Bedpost Hastings.It was comfortable in the shop, and we went in and lay on it on more than one occasion before we actually purchased it.Upon receiving our actual bed, we found it to be very hard and uncomfortable.We contacted the shop owner, who was most unhelpful.His suggestions ranged from sending a man around to check it (which he never) did, to saying we could get the bed sent back and at our cost have it made softer.We perservered with the bed,but it has never gotten any softer.We feel we were not actually given the same model as was on the shop floor, but the shop owner denies this.It has definitely put me off this shop and I would never shop there again.
