2nd November 2013 Thanks for doing a thoroughly incomplete job. I sent 9 audio reels which i got back with a stack of unlabeled CDs so I had no idea what went with anything. When I finally got to going through each one, I found that one reel had no accompanying CD and another was missing a chunk from the middle of the recording. When I queried you said "oh well, we don't keep copies". So disappointed & frustrated. Still have another 160 reels to convert & can't trust your expensive service.
