7th March 2011 Hired a cake tin for my daughter's birthday. The lady there didn't want to give me the time of day and just wasn't interested. If I had the energy I would have gone to 5 Cross Roads in the first place. It was a pity as they have a room full of products that she could have sold me on but I mustn't have been worth the effort!

2nd December 2010 Purchased beautiful Robert Gordon cupcake cases from BJs a while ago for my daughter's first birthday party. They turned into a greasy awful mess of brown paper despite my mother's best efforts (she is an experienced home baker). When my mum went in to discuss the problem with the product, the dismissive, rude attitude from the lady here was appalling - we expected an apology as a bare minimum. A terrible, and terribly expensive, product and terrible service to boot. Next time, I'll spend my money with 5X Roads' Cake Kitchen, just a hop, step and a jump away up the road.

4th February 2010 After checking out the websites for cake decorations in the New Year I decided to travel to Hamilton (1 1/2 hrs away) to find decorations for my parents 50th wedding anniversay cake which I was decorating. Low and behold the only one open was BJs!! I was impressed with the availability of decorations getting everything I wanted. I would certainly revisit if the occassion ever arose again. Good work and good luck.
