The director of this company was disgusting in his manner. It was inferred we were not only wasting his time and he didn't want us to test drive as he would have to valet again (we weren't taking pies and milkshakes, just our clean selves and the car was one of the worst we had viewed for cleanliness) but also that we couldn't afford it. We were seriously considering the car we were cash buyers and it was actually well under our budget. Not that he would have believed us and from his manner he seemed to believe we couldn't and wouldn't get that price elsewhere. WRONG, every other car dealer almost begged us to take a test drive and were so helpful. Not this guy, I would not give this man my money as he was rude, arrogant and really couldn't be bothered. Great way to sink a business, What's the rule?? Good service and you tell 10 people...bad service you tell 30? Well I'm way over that amount and I will tell anyone who wants to listen exactly what he said, how badly we were treated by this company and recommend they go elsewhere. Being asked "when would we be purchasing" Don't muck me around" Go away and do your research before you drive this" The car will not be a problem I 'd prefer you did your research and came to buy" ummmmm that's what we were doing, research! " "I'm not trying to be an asshole" amongst other rude comments. Maybe he was having a bad day but we left that car behind and the arrogant salesperson and purchased elsewhere.
