8th April 2013 I cant wait for my contract to be up so that I can switch away from Vodafone.
1. My broadband speed dropped nearly 10Mb/s after a line fault - vodafone say there is nothing they can do - but tried to charge me for that.
2. Frequent errors in my invoice - I have to check it every month now, estimate 1 in 3 invoices have errors.
3. One of the least user-friendly websites in NZ. Also one of the slowest.
4. Customer service very average, waiting time when you phone them is always long, sometimes I got cut off after waiting more than 5 mins.
Just not worth the many small but significant hassles.
