Dr Flue gave me a day that they could fix my fireplace. By the end of that day nobody had turned up or even bothered to call me. I rang them and was told that they would call me on the Monday. I again heard nothing from them so I rang and was told they wouldn't know be able to even reschedule me until Wednesday. I had already wait a week!! Communication is ALL it takes and I will certainly will never deal with them again

Had arranged a visit/fireplace installation. Poor communication from Dr Flue resulted in delays and me going elsewhere. 2 weeks wasted. 4 Seasons in Glenfield sent someone around same day. If people are too busy/cant make it they need to communicate that to the customer, not just leave them waiting.
