HomeCare NZ, part of Care Group Limited, is a leading provider of private home based care. Our focus is to provide a broad range of services to clients with disabilities, illness, injury or broad age related needs. HomeCare NZ ensures a premium home based care service is delivered to New Zealanders in need.

HomeCare NZ currently provides our home based care service to people located within the greater Auckland area. The care services we provide range from basic companionship through to post-operative and palliative care. A caregiver can be with you from as little as 2 hours per day or we can provide 24 hour live in care. Our services are extremely flexible and we create a care plan tailored especially for your needs.

All HomeCare NZ caregivers are screened, interviewed and security checked. They must have over 2 years experience within the care industry and clients and caregivers are carefully matched by our Client Care Manager based on caregiver skills and specific client requirements.

A free, no obligation assessment service is provided by HomeCare NZ. Our Client Care Manager will meet with you at home (including family members) to assess the level and type of care required. This includes a full Client Evaluation Plan and a Home and Surroundings Evaluation. Based on this information, and through careful and thorough assessment, a Client Care Plan (outlining the proposed service and costs) is prepared and sent to you.
