Great store but staff ive encountered so far seem disinterested, unfriendly & grumpy. The woman serving me just before Xmas was chewing something ?gum, & raised her eyes skyward when I questioned why something wasn't discounted (I don't have a spotlight card) - I haven't been offered a spotlight card on my previous 2 visits - nor told what the benefits are. I really feel put off returning to this store becjase of the attitude. Perhaps the staff morale/culture is indicative of how they feel about their job???
