14th September 2011 I could not recommend this company to anyone. I bought a product that was sold to me as a "out of the box solution" which suffered from several crucial functions not working out of the box as they should. Support was very slow and took 2 weeks to IT Net World to supply comprehensive troubleshooting instructions, Meanwhile my customer has a partially working product. Their website states they "guarantee to provide you with a set of professional quality, easy to use products and great customer service." This is not the case in my experience. With plenty of other options in the VoIP market in NZ, I would steer well clear of IT Net World.
