Was the worst experience I have had dealing with a so called service professional. Was rude and insulting from the first sentence. As a concerned parent investigating the possibility of drinking water contamination he was more interested in his assumptions then actually checking the issue. He verbally insulted me and my wife in a unprovoked manner. AVOID AT ALL COST
