I had my hair cut a few weeks ago. The manager cut my hair and I was very very happy. I found the staff to be very friendly. A really lovely atmosphere. I will be back very soon for a cut and a colour. Keep up the good work Melissa

Simple clipper under cut touch up. Seemed very rushed and she didn't seem to know what she was doing. Got home and noticed a huge chunk taken out. Went back to fix and fix job was rushed and still not straight and now one side higher. I was very upset. No refund.

I walked in for a quick trim up. At no time was there any display of pricing to see and get an idea of cost. After a 15 min trim, no wash I was charged $45.00. A complete rip off!! I queried cost with the hairdresser she pulled out a cheap printed copy of prices, there was no charge category for trim except 45.00 for a cut. Rude i could have snipped the ends of myself, very disappointed with this slammed up costs. Do not recommend as $10.00 hair cut bar can do the same. Sharks.
