28th January 2013 Bex did my hair, really took time to listen to what I needed. I am very pleased with the results. Were not pushy about trying to sell their products which I find annoying at some places. Would definitely recommend!

16th February 2012 Turned up early, had my hair washed. I was then lead to a chair where i was left to sit for 30mins. I was giving no information. i had to get up and ask how much longer it would be. 10mins later i got up and walked out. Worst customer service I've every had. 1/2 later i was called and offered a explanation and a free service.
I did not take them up on the offer as i prefer to have my hair cut by people who care about there customers.
Very good. Took the time to find out what I wanted. I am very pleased with the result. Thank you, I will use you again.
