A company I would suggest you never deal with if you require any level of adequate customer service - competent, barely (I only asked a small change to be made and he spelt the name wrong even though he already had it written in front of him) - polite, friendly, well-mannered, pleasant - definitely not. I had the misfortune of dealing with their manager; a strongly opinionated man who has to be right, even if wrong, and can only do things one way - his way. A most disagreeable experience I will never repeat. Note - their website is also behind the times requiring almost 24 hours for confirmation of bookings as opposed to almost instant on other travel websites I have used.
