*Quality - strength of contract terms and conditions is more important than price. We use independent research in support of our recommendations. Affordability is a key ingredient to our research, however not at the expense of the contract itself.
*Freedom - We can deal with any financial services company that uses the independent adviser distribution channel.
*Choice of Commission or Fee - we do not receive commission for investment placement. If you would prefer we receive no commission for insurance placement we can instead charge a fee for our service.
*Specialisation - insurance and investment advice is all we do.
* Accountability - we are accountable for our own advice. For consumer protection there is the judicial process as part of our professional association; both advisers hold professional indemnity insurance.
* Claims Handling - at claim time you want a benefit paid not an excuse given. We see the claims process as where we can add some real value for our clients in assisting and advising, and negotiating directly with the insurance provider.
