5th December 2012 I order a cot online and it had not arrived after a week. when delivery in auckland is normally 3 days max. I rang after one week and the lady at customer service/help desk was rude. she informed me they were out of stock and shall be back in stock by end of month (just ion time for my wee one to arrive). the following moth came and had not had any word back. it carried on like this for over 6 week. I finally got my cot and parts were missing. when i rang to advise they told me i had to come in and they would not send th parts to me. I tried to make a complaint but no one would action it. genrally rude, unprofessional and lazy. 0 out of 5.
