For a long time I was of the opinion that therapy was for "sick" people. This is a point that Crispin pot me right on on our first meeting anyone can do therapy and it will probably benefit them. Speaking for myself I feel that although I may not be any saner for it at least I realize how made I am, I feel that I have a choice and am a lot happier for it.
