8th March 2016 Terrible customer service, they booked my car in on the wrong day and not only would they not then service my car on the right day, the branch manager had the temperament to try blame me for the mistake. This wouldn't have been such a problem had I not already paid for it through grabone. I got my car serviced elsewhere despite having paid for it already as if they can't provide even a low standard of literacy or communication why would I trust them with my car? Avoid at all costs.
