10th December 2012 i had an engine warning light come on
so i rang winger north shore to book in for a diagnosis and sensor replacement along with an oil change. as i live out of town i said i would like a courtesy car.
This is so i could leave the car with them for a couple of hours while they worked on it - and i could run a few errands to make the trip worth while.
they said they would rather do the oil change and diagnosis while i wait.
although not ideal - i thought i could wait half an hour while they did it.
When i turned up i checked that i would be waiting half an hour
and they said it would take an hour and a half - and they called this while i wait !!!! this wasnt what i asked for and was not impressed so i left -
and have now had to get the local garage to do the work i wanted done
