31st May 2014 Don't know where to start. Those guys kept increasing rent on us to far more than market value. They extremely dry, rude, unprofessional and talk down to you if you're the renter. Their communication is one way only, they tell you their coming and it's your problem if it works for you or not. Never answer calls or call you back. In addition I think they struggling to keep staff as my manager changed 3 times in the last year, meanwhile they respond to about a quarter of maintenance issues. Highly highly not recommended, don't be fooled into a contract they will squeeze every cent out of you

I'm sorry to hear you had this experience of our company, I'd be happy to sit down with you and talk about it, perhaps over a coffee to find out more about your situation.
You feel we increased the rent to more than market value. We take care to keep the rent at optimal levels for both the owner and great tenants. If you feel we were off the mark in your case, I'd like to see the evidence you have to support this, we are always happy to review our decisions if we are wrong.
We do let people know when we are coming to do property inspections, and we adhere to a strict schedule to ensure we visit all properties we manage on a regular basis. This is to make sure there is no maintenance issues that may cause danger or inconvenience to the tenant or damage and expense for the owner. We also are required to inspect regularly to make sure owners insurance policies are not invalidated.
Once we identify maintenance, we prioritize the work to make best use of the tradesperson's time. They will charge the same call out for a big job as a little one, so we try to make the job worthwhile, this keeps repairs and maintenance affordable for our clients so they can continue to be in the business of providing quality homes for quality tenants. We do of course take care of health and safety issues quickly, nobody wants an accident.
