The gym it self is ok. Equipment is modern, the Les Mills classes are good. The let down for me was when I wanted to leave the gym. I went into the branch and they told me to go away and email them asking to leave. The response to this email took a long time and asked me to please confirm that I did want to leave. There was then another delay before they cancelled the membership. I think they need to imporve their exit procedure so people are left with a good impression of the gym, not ending on a sour note.
