Re: Opening in Kitchen Wall

To whom it may concern,
Ashton Builders were employed by myself to create an opening in the wall joining the kitchen and dining/living area in our home. The work was performed on Monday the 5th of April and was extremely satisfactory. The workmanship was of a high standard and Grant worked very efficiently and purposefully to complete the job in quick time.

To whom it may concern It gives us great pleasure to record this unasked for reference to Grant Ashton of Ashton Builders Limited. During the past ten days Grant has been active in rebuilding a substantial carport/ garage. I have closely observed the workmanship and I was impressed with his professional attitude and speed of work. Where there was a slight problem with architects drawing a speedy and commonsense solution was found. During my 50 year's business life I have employed dozens of employees and based on that experience I have no hesitation in classifying Grant as an enthusiastic and reliable worker. Should we again require the services of a builder for either alterations or a new work Grant Ashton will be on the top of our list J Malcolm

Grant was employed to do some major retaining work and renovations on our property, we were very impressed with the level of work and cost. Grant and his guys where great lads to have on site friendly hard working and on time. would highly reccommend for any project. cheers Justin

Grant was the brother of a friend of mine, we were incredibly impressed with his profesional manner, his ability to work to a quote, and his transparency with his costs throughout the project. November 2008 Grant’s attention to detail and his liaison with us was outstanding. Grant is a builder who takes great pride in his work. He was always willing to work with us to achieve the desired outcome and nothing was too much trouble. This included purchasing materials on our behalf as we were both working, and having them on site in a timely manner so that work reliant on other subcontractors progressed smoothly. Grant works with speed and efficiency and has a high standard of workmanship. We are very pleased with the results and would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone requiring the skills of a qualified builder Terry & Annette White
