26th July 2009 Skippers Canyon Jet tour was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we took off in their 4 wheel vehcile we felt like we were on a total discovery tour. Learning all the history of Queenstown, then the amazing Skippers Canyon. No wonder the car hire companies don't ensure you on Skippers road!!!! The jet boat was so much fun and then walking out onto the bungy jump platform was as far as I want to go in that regard. The scenery was absolutely spectacular, Guides were fun and informative. Loved every minute.

24th May 2010 The Bridge To Nowhere Lodge & Jetbour Tour - A totally awesome experience. We twelve locals boarded the jet boat at Pipiriki on a Saturday at 10am -What a ride. The amazingly beautiful, peaceful river scenery takes your breath away while our host Jo Adam stopped to show us various points of interest along the way. Water so clear its hard to tell where river and land meet. A forty minute walk took us through native bush where Black Robins appeared almost tame. And there it was the famous 'Bridge to Nowhere' flanked on both ends by every shade of green imaginable. Lunch on the bridge in the sunshine then back to the jetboat waiting to take us to the Lodge set high above the river. Met by a roaring log fire, comfy sofa's and magnificent view we relaxed with a drink and talk about our day with Jo joining in with some local history and his own colourful stories. After a lovely Roast dinner (delicious Venison Casserole thanks Beks and Ben) we headed off to bed. Beakfast was all laid out next morning and we sat in the dining room overlooking the misty morning river also watching the very friendly Emu, Bambi & Kunekune wandering about just outside. Well we don't want to leave this paradise but reality calls...... back on the jetboat and home all to quickly. The highest recommendation we can give is that we all want to come again!! Thanks guys.
