The villa was originally built in 1896. Relocated a few years ago and is now set in the middle of a large 1,500 meter section. It has been completely restored keeping the high ceilings and 1890's character, fully insulated for warmth and is very comfortable.
There's a modern open plan kitchen with everything you'll need to cook a meal.
A new bathroom with a shower and a deep bath to relax in.
The house has beautiful polished floors, comfortable furniture, a warm gas fire and Sky TV.
There are two bedrooms; one with two colonial style single beds and the other, the master bedroom, which has a comfortable Queen bed and has french doors opening out to another private deck to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.
