I came to Eva Cahill at a time in my life when I just didn't know where else to go, what else to do, who else to turn to. I was depressed, constantly on the verge of tears, anxious and in a state of paralysis in my life... but I didn't know why. After listening to my story of woe, Eva came up with a course of 'herbal' action. It took a couple of weeks, but once we settled on a particular mix of different herbs, my life truly started changing. Slowly, I have gained my life back; through a gentle mix of naturopathy and massage therapy I am able to see what's been underneath the pain that I have held on to for so many years and have the strength to take control.... I literally am getting my groove back!

My grandmother massaged me as a child, so growing up, I knew the importance of massage for my health - especially for the relief of stress and tension! My challenge over the last decade has been in finding the right massage therapist to suit ME – someone that applied the perfect amount of pressure each time, someone that I trusted, and someone that understood my needs. Eva Cahill is exactly that person. She works magic with her intuitive hands and has a lovely flow that comes so naturally to her…absolute BLISS!!!...
