I went to see you Dale over my fear of flying. The outcome has been fantastic.
Recently I flew to South Africa for a wedding and both my husband and I could not believe how relaxed I was.

I totally recommend Dales methods and skills to others.

I had been a smoker for over 20 years and had tried to give up at least 6 times using patches or going cold turkey. I was always grumpy and my partner said I was hard to put up with. After going to see Dale I became a non smoker instantly and now I can have a coffee in the morning without craving a smoke. I was sceptical before but hyoptherapy definitely works. Dales personal approach was awesome. Thanks Dale.
