What a lovely campground and a fantastic bunch of people! I was doing a big cycle tour around the Rangitikei and they went out of their way to help out so I only had to carry minimal gear with me. The pavillion was very comfortable. They also had the option of setting up a tent, mattress and sleeping bag to be there ready for me if the pavillion was unavailable on the weekend I booked. Thanks so much! I'll be back next trip! :)

Hey Everyone- there is still spots available at the campground. Most families there are holding out even in the rain!

We had a wonderful stay here. The facilities were well maintained and the host and guiding company Mangaweka Adventures Co. was amazing! Our weekend trip was just fabulous and we will definitely come again.

My family and I have camped at the Mangaweka Camping grounds on 2 occassions and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time there and are planning another weekend in February. It was peaceful and relaxing regardless of the many campers on site. We loved the place. Naomi and Robin Wilson - Foxton
