20th December 2009 Went in on the 19/12/2009 . Very friendly fella Arapeta and very passoinate about his Mahi. I hadnt a clue what i wanted but while talking to Arapeta he started scetching on my shoulder and we had what i wanted.One quick look in the mirror and it was Ta Moko time.
While Arapeta was setting up i noticed that he is very thorough .Very neat,tidy and sterile [clean],also new needles and plenty of sterile gloves.
Before starting Arapeta did Karakia and went about what he loves and does passionately. [Ta Moko] 31/2 hours later my Ta Moko was finished and i was a very very happy man.Arapeta explained to me how to look after my Ta Moko for the next few days and i shook his hand and thanked him and left.
This is my 1st Ta Moko and im grateful for 2 things 1 . I got my Ta Moko and 2. I went to Arapeta. Who ever reads this i just wana say that you will not be disappointed if Arapeta gets to work on you,as i said he is friendly, passionate and very tidy. Go in and meet him.Thanks Arapeta
