HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES. They do not worry about customer services AT ALL. Its just about selling cheap flat packed furniture. I went to their Onehunga store today with my wife and 3 year old son. My son was playing and making a little noise like every other kid of that age. One of the staff member (an old man) shusssshhhh'''''''ddd my 3 year old in an extremely rude way which really shocked my wife and me and my little one got really scared and started to cry. I mean who does that to the customers????? Thats ridiculous. The staff crossed ways with us after that as well but did not have the manners to apologise. A friend of mine also complained of the same behaviour by the same old guy few months ago. If you go to their Onehunga showroom ever, check out how rude this old guy is.

If you feel a shame when you were were asked to leave our shop by our other clients, please do not blame us. We did nothing wrong. You'd think how to regulate your kid and learn how to behave decently. This is the response from google, you now come to finda to blacken us. =========== 1. We tried to satisfy all the people although it is so hard. Our old kiwi just ssshhhhed toward your noisy kid when he was on the phone then you came to yell and FXXX our old man.And then you were pointed out behaving improper and asked to leave our shop by OUR OTHER CLIENTS, even including a kiwi lady. 2. If saying we just sell cheap flat pack furniture then it is absolutely fishy or simply blind. We have biggest product line in NZ, mostly are not flat packed, or with lower percentage flat packed than most of the other shops. -You were in our shop then you know it well but why saying this? 3. This old kiwi is a grand father and he is liked by most of our clients, warm-hearted, easy going, with strong sense of humor. 4. Our old man said he did nothing wrong and he got a few clients supported him, that's how your were asked not to speak dirty and leave our shop by THEM, not by us. We just tried to calm you down. 5. We sometimes get kids chasing in the shop, jumping on our mattress with wet dirty shoes, write on our white leather sofas... We said nothing although there is a line not to be too much. Our staff did nothing to your noisy kid and he did not deserve to be abused like this. 6. You emailed us at 3:58pm and we responded at 4:34pm, our girl apologized initially to comfort you, telling would investigate and gave you special discount. -You left us this 1 start at 9:45pm...

I have just bought a tall chest from IFurniture. I do like the furniture, price are competitive, BUT service is very poor. 2 stars for the furniture... Salesperson should had advised me about the 1 guy delivery, I would had organized a 2 guys delivery and paid the extra $30 dollars for it. What a trouble a pregnant women and partner trying to remove a chest from garage to the bedroom, and no instructions about how to remove the drawers. Terrible customer service, I do prefer to pay more and have a great customer service, doesnt justify to have cheap price and terrible customer service.

We are totally unfairly blamed on this. We had one person delivery or extra cost for 2 persons delivery option when buying from us. Plus it is very clear and emphasized on the print invoice for this point. Most of the argue come from that the buyer asked for one person delivery to save the money but they blame us on this especially when someone else at home to receive the furniture. When there is cheap delivery solution then they take the cheap one but ask for dear service and blame us. So now we changed not to provide one person deliver option. And even 2 person delivery, it is still cheaper than the other shops. Plus our furniture much cheaper than all the other main stream sellers!

I purchased 3 times from ifurniture in the past 2 years. For my 2 rental units and my own new home. Very good value! You can find almost everything in those main stream shops selling at discounted prices. You can get those cheap bunk beds and dining set for the rental property, also you can get good ones like OAK, Myrtel, Local made furniture for your 2M house. Service is avarage, no sales persons chasing you in the shop and they encourage you DIY with computers. Someone likes me enjoys this kind of experience.

Poor at best. Purchased product in store (bed base and mattress) was told that it would be delivered on the 16/01/2013 (purchased on the 12th). To date- still not delivered. I dismantled our existing bed in the mean time assuming that I would have a new bed- now over a month after when it was due to arrive I still have no confirmed delivery date from iFurniture- have asked for a refund and was told that this is not possible as the base has arrived--- apparently I can sleep on the base in the Warehouse of their factory??? The mattress is still not here and who knows when it will arrive- luckily purchased on a credit card so will be able to be charged back. My advice- avoid at all costs, cheap prices = cheap service--- lesson learned.

Great quality and low prices. Only problem is I had to wait 2 weeks before they shipped the product. It may have been that they didn't currently have it in stock, but they never told me what the delay was and I had to contact them to find out what was going on.

A busy store, too busy. I personally suggest the buyers 1stly have a study on their website and buy directly online or come to the shop to try and buy. I can not rank them 5 because I think they are too busy. But anyway I like the prices!

I was interested in the NORDON Coffee Table. Because I wanted a black coffee table I called them prior to purchasing and was told it was black. Item was received quickly but when I opened the box it was dark brown. I emailed and was told to send it back and I would receive a refund. I expected a refund on the actual price I originally paid including shipping since it was their mistake. It took a few emails to get my refund and I was disappointed to only receive a refund for the table and not what I originally paid. I emailed to query this and never hear back. In all I am out of pocket $50 for their mistake ... $30 which I paid ifurniture for shipping to Christchurch + $20 which I paid for it to be sent back. Such a shame as they look like they have some great stuff, but I won't be back :(

Today a buyer telling us "someone funny threw a stone on you on Finda, go have a look..." We checked and this is our response: This coffee table was stated "Black Walnut color" or "Black Walnut Finishing" so its not pure black, all the people know and the buyer can see the photo online before they buy it. And till today we have 76 buyers bought this "Black Walnut" color coffee table and no one just this buyer feeling its a kind misleading. Also Return to Base Warranty and 7 Days Money Back Satisfactory Terms was told or required to check and agree on that before you purchase online. We do not think it is our fault so returning to base money back does not cover the shipping cost.

Quick and efficient, can rely on them. Did not have any problems. As soon as they received the payment, shipped the order to my place. Gonna buy something again. Cheap and fast. Great customer service.
