26th March 2015 I dont what the problem is with people who run businesses like this. I went to see these guys with a trade in (approx 40K) to purchase one of their cars (approx 60). They said they would come back to me, a week has passed. I've sent two emails and tried to call the owner twice. The arrogance displayed here and the absolute lack of any form of customer service whatsoever is appalling. This business sucks, don't waste your time.

8th October 2014 Great Service until you have a problem. we purchased a VW Tourag from these guys were great to deal with. But when we returned back to Tauranga we noticed the tail gate would not stay up on its own, we notified Dean at fast 4s and were told that this would be a easy fix around $30 to re gas
when we went to have this fixed was told that it was over a $1000 job as the gas struts are in the hood lining, decided to buy the parts myself and sort, parts were still $600 and Fast 4s mucked me around for 2 months then said they would not come to the party at all. would not recommend them at all due to the total lack of after sales service.

27th November 2013 the worst customer service you can receive.....
A suggestion to the director of the company when you are selling top end cars your customer service should be the same as well without a stereo typical and biased outlook to people. thought it was just one of, but from experiences of customers i have heard from which includes both young, old and especially a bad response if you are of a minority race.
