King size bed in bedroom, two leather recliners and bed sofa in lounge, DVD player, SKY TV, airconditioning, spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area, long verandah overlooking apple orchard. A short drive from great views and walks at Te Mata Peak, gorgeous beaches close by, boutique shopping at Havelock North, fruit and vege shops right along our road and great restaurants and wineries close by.
