They delivered my small order in Dec 2014 but I just made a big purchase May 2015 and have not seen it.has been 3 weeks.they don't pick up their phones or answer emails.I'm so disappointed and angry. ruined my partners birthday.

Wish I had read these reviews, order placed over 2 weeks ago and still no sign that it has been shipped. No reply to emails, website queries or phone calls. Really terrible service. Steer clear.

Unfortunately I only just saw these reviews. DO NOT USE THEM. There is zero customer service and delivery dates are not as claimed on the website. My order was late and the occasion was gone. False advertising at it's best

DO NOT BUY FROM TOP SHELF LIQUOR LTD! They are taking customers' money and not delivering goods. They do not answer the phones or respond to emails. Go to their FB page and see other's comments there! https://www.facebook.com/TSLIQUOR. If you've paid them already by credit card and they haven't delivered, ring your bank and get a chargeback to your card!!!!
