29th June 2015 They delivered my small order in Dec 2014 but I just made a big purchase May 2015 and have not seen it.has been 3 weeks.they don't pick up
their phones or answer emails.I'm so disappointed and angry. ruined my partners birthday.

18th June 2015 Wish I had read these reviews, order placed over 2 weeks ago and still no sign that it has been shipped. No reply to emails, website queries or phone calls. Really terrible service. Steer clear.

20th May 2015 Unfortunately I only just saw these reviews. DO NOT USE THEM. There is zero customer service and delivery dates are not as claimed on the website. My order was late and the occasion was gone. False advertising at it's best

15th May 2015 DO NOT BUY FROM TOP SHELF LIQUOR LTD! They are taking customers' money and not delivering goods. They do not answer the phones or respond to emails. Go to their FB page and see other's comments there! https://www.facebook.com/TSLIQUOR. If you've paid them already by credit card and they haven't delivered, ring your bank and get a chargeback to your card!!!!

20th July 2014 Worst service I have ever had. would not recommend to anyone. ordered and paid by credit card in February, finally delivered in July, I had to chase up delivery after they confirmed they had the stock, useless.
If you have trouble getting delivery, try 498 east coast road Windsor park Mirangi bay, Auckland which is the company's address. When I said I would pick up from this site delivery was next day... Otherwise try looking on the company register site company number 4141178 maybe try contacting the lawyer who has the registered office, nothing to do with the company and I hear he is a very good honest man, but you may get him to help you getting delivery.

22nd February 2014 Extremely poor service. DO NOT USE.
Estimated delivery 2-3days, actually 3 weeks. The wedding the order was mean for was missed.
They did not answer the phone (after reading other reviews, I guess this is because they know its likely to be a complaint), they don't return calls or reply to emails.

9th September 2013 Absolutely terrible customer service, after sending my order to the wrong customer they simply did not return emails or phone calls or support enquiries. Took my money, didn't provide the goods.
I've shopped at Topshelf a few times now. Always extremely friendly service and very decent prices. cheers
