Aikido is a Japanese martial art that can be practised by men and women of all ages and physical abilities. We are affiliated with Aikikai Hombu Dojo, Aikido Headquarters in Japan, through the California Aikido Association.
We have two classes a week on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00-7:30pm. We also run several beginners classes during the year, but welcome anyone who wants to try Aikido.
If you would like to try training with us, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class, and wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.
