22nd June 2017 If anyone wish to get fuel or buy anything from this branch, please check your docket carefully so you dont get ripped off.
I had two (and only) bad experience getting fuel from this place recently.
First time I didn't get the discount as advertised, excuse was the staff is a trainee
Second time I had 2 bottles to fill for the mower & my car. The nozzle was not ejecting fuel when lifted off the handle, I went into store ask for that to be release. After first bottle was filled and close the lid, attempt to fill second bottle, no fuel came out from nozzle after few tries. I then have to run back to the store again ask for assistance, Indian lady over the counter told me to hang up the nozzle and tried again. Second attempt was fine, managed to fill bottle and car without any lose of fuel.
At the pay counter I specifically ask to confirm that discount has been applied due to previous incident. Docket came out proves that it was done as 2 separate transaction, so I get discount on one not the other.
when I questioned the staff member, Indian lady was arrogant and claimed that I don't know how to use their system (funny that, I am there to get fuel, you want me to learn your system too? may be I should do her work for her also), she would not listen to my request that this is one transaction, and she was there the whole time when it happened. Eventually I got the discount for the other transaction but none of staff member appears to have admit system error is their own fault nor apologize in anyway, this is very rude and unprofessional.
Staff were not helpful, when ask to check mobil card balance, she said it cant be checked while other branch was able to check for me before I paid, shame on them. This will be the last time I will ever shop there.
