When you walk into the store, the sales rep is very friendly and they sell you a vacuum with a two year warranty but when something goes wrong with the vacuum they're not bothered. You can forget the warranty because they always find some excuse to say why the problem is covered and then try to charge you an extortionate amount to fix a vacuum that is only 6 months old. I will never shop at Godfreys again, poor service and the company is not interested in looking after loyal customers.
