Did you pack the $1500 books that came to me from an auction house that arrived yesterday, via Pack and Send? If so, your outfit is a total joke. You have no idea how to pack collectables. The books were all higgledy-piggledy in the bottom of a carton, wedged together at funny angles, with no protection around them, just bubble wrap on top to fill up the empty space in the carton. Some of these books were fragile, from the 17th and 18th century. Some had clearly been damaged and bumped recently during the packing and transportation. I could hardly believe my eyes when I opened the carton and saw how they had been packed. And to top it off, two lots were missing.
