25th May 2011 Bad experience with liquornet, I emailed them with a problem I had with the ordering form. I was given a voucher that expired on the 31st Jan so purchased item on that day but at the checkout it didn't process because it said it expired on the 30th January. I contacted liquornet with my proble. Their response below.
All vouchers have an expiry date of the 31st of January, it is now the 4th of March, are you saying you tried to use it on the 31st of January ?
Why would you wait till the last day to use it anyway, and why would it take you over a month to contact us about it.?
I repeat, all vouchers have an expiry of the 31st (i have confirmed this now) so what you are suggesting doesn't make sense, especially when you add too this the other factors mentioned above.
I replied back to them, relaying that it was a very busy time and didn't have a chance to email them asap. Despite the lag in time it doesn't make the issue less valid. Their response has not been edited it didn't include a greeting nor who it was written from. Since then I have not received a reply and have not received a refund from the voucher. Would recommend not using them. ever.
